The Apothecary Essentials Box is a skincare routine monthly box that contains four products from our Apothecary by Dr Botanicals range that provides you with a full skincare routine for youthful skin in 30 days. After checkout, you will receive a box containing a cleanser, day moisturiser, eye serum and face mask, plus one free gift that changes every month! You’re able to manage your subscription at any time by visiting the ‘My Account’ page where you can cancel your subscription or update your shipping address. Please note, if you are redeeming a promotion to receive your first box/month at a discounted rate there will be a minimum term of 3 months before cancelling.

Each month we’ll send you a full size Watermelon Cleanser, Strawberry Day Moisturiser, Pomegranate Eye Serum & 30ml Charcoal Face Mask.

Typically the costs of each of these items are £71.60. For a limited-time, a monthly subscription costs just £19.99 per month. Any customers purchasing with promotions may be expected to subscribe for a minimum term, please see further details below.

After checkout, you will be able to access your subscription profile on your ‘My Account’ page, this is where you will be able to cancel your subscription, amend your delivery address or make any further changes if necessary.

We’ll dispatch your first box as soon as you checkout and it will arrive within 5-7 working days (usually earlier). After this, your box will be shipped 30 days from your last corresponding order. You will always be notified once your box is shipped.

If you wish to send our Essentials Box to someone else, you will be able to enter a different delivery address at checkout. Alternatively if you already have a subscription and want to send next month’s box to a different address, you can change your delivery address through the subscription portal on the ‘My Account’ page.

Please contact us regarding any assistance you require within 90 days of your order’s purchase date. After 90 days we are unable to guarantee that return, refund, or replacement assistance can be offered to remediate the order issue you experienced.
